Valley Immediate Care North Medford

I had a really impactful experience when I brought my daughter for an injury. These regularly bring stress for parents, but the doctor who saw us has a wonderful demeanor and is truly a one of a kind doctor. And so is the radiologist who came from another location that saw to the cranial x-rays. He also deserves five stars for his interaction. I would 100% recommend this immediate care site with the staff members that we saw yesterday.

Very professional and efficient. Premises were clean. My FNP was thorough and attentive to my needs. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online ahead of time. The whole process was smooth and I definitely recommend this urgent care. This will be my urgent care for any future visits.

I did a walk in and within 15-20 minutes I was being looked at. I was in a bit of pain and sat in my car as it was more comfortable. Alex came out to get me then we were back inside. I know it’s a busy place but whenever we go down there, we are treated with kindness and patiences as thought we were the only one there. I saw PA-C Nico for treatment and received excellent care.

I walked in shortly after opening with labored breathing. I knew something wasn’t right, and didn’t want to go sit in an ER to seek services. This was my first visit and did not know what to expect, but have known people who have used Valley, so it seemed like a better option. EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. They listened and took my symptoms seriously. The front desk person, the MA, Nurse and Dr went above and beyond. I walked out after about an hour (including a chest x-ray) feeling better and knowing I had made the right choice going there. I am so grateful to everyone who helped me there! What a great team!!! I will definitely be back to address urgent matters. Well done to everyone there! I appreciate you all!

I walked in for an urgent care visit and was helped right away! They were super nice and made me feel welcome. I originally went because I didn't want to go to Asante or Providence, and Valley Immediate Care had great reviews. Now I'll be going back because of the service!
