Valley Immediate Care Ashland

We always go to the Ashland location. Scheduling ahead makes the process so much easier and I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes to go back from the waiting room. Other locations I’ve waited hours at times, just in the waiting room. They’re always really kind and thorough. Between me and my daughter we have done x rays, blood work and various tests- with most if not all results taking place on site instead of going somewhere else. I don’t remember any of the Medford locations offering that level of care in the office.

I'm working away from home and needed care and advice. Lauren was fantastic -- way more informed, caring and helpful than I would ever have expected from Urgent Care. I am grateful and very impressed, and starting to feel better after her practical and medical input. Thank you so much.

Support staff is awesome and we got seen very quickly. Our son ended up having RSV and we’d been battling high fevers, low Oxygen and coughing fits where he was struggling to breathe. Pretty sick little guy with rough couple nights. We had his fever down with Ibuprofen but his oxygen was still 92%. The doctor was pretty good, but she didn’t bother to look at the vitals and was ready to discharge us until we pointed out the low oxygen. Alarmed, she had a bunch of labs ordered up and prescribed us an albuterol nebulizer, which ended up being a huge help.

$500 to be sent to the ER, and start over 😂 The place was cleaner than my last visit so i raised my review by two points. The nurse was extremely friendly and clearly still cares for people. Front desk was also pleasant. The medical assistant needs more school. The doctor, seemed very unhappy. Special note for anyone needing x-rays: Went in for cracked ribs, although they offer x-rays, their x-ray person said it’d be faster to take a “referral” (which is NOT an order) to Asante for imaging (on a Sunday). Arrived at Asante imaging was closed. Checked with ER, they stated “Valley Immediate Care keeps doing this, but a “referral” means the ER has to admit you to be evaluated (again) before you can get an x-ray (8 hour wait). This entire experience was excellent. Truly, the Valley View was amazing from the building. They allow you to wait outside and call you when it’s your turn. The staff had a great sense of compassion and the doctor I saw literally healed me with his words. He saw exactly what was going on with me. I enjoyed visiting the center and would highly recommend anyone to go here.
