Overall the experience was amazing! The nurses hands down was the best! I was completely spoiled! The nurse team came in 3 to 4. The nurse team consisted of RN, CNA, Trainee RN and a Charge Nurse! So someone was always available when you needed help! My surgeon and surgeon team was amazing! I was really impressed with everything! The hospital is very organized! Everyone knows what the other is doing! Everyone cross checks each other! Down to a guy who's only job is to check all the paperwork and signatures before you go into surgery! Cons: if you have food restriction it will be rough!! I told the nurses in preop that i have dietary restriction which includes i do not eat beef, chicken, pork, or chicken! The first dinner served out of surgery they served a pork dish😂. I told the nurses

The triage nurse working the night I was in the ER was phenomenal! I wish I had gotten her name 🤦🏾‍♀️ she was petite and tattooed, really kind and skilled. Also the student nurse working with her was wonderful as well. She missed my stick (IV) twice 😂 but I was understanding and she made sure I was comfy the entire time I was hooked up to the IV. She brought me a warm blanket and ice water and chatted a bit about art and her background. I do believe I received the best care that night. Thank you.

From the week before surgery, the pre-op check-in, and the blood draw, excellent, and quick. Day of surgery, attending staff, phenomenal! Advise me of everything that was going to happen, how it was going to happen, and answered any questions I may have had prior to the surgery. The surgery, for a double hernia, which lasted almost 3 hours, I slept through. In recovery, the nurse monitoring me, was very explanatory, as to what I was coming out of and everything went well. I had no issues, and there were no complications. The nerves I was feeling prior to surgery quickly diminished, upon meeting the operating staff. I want to thank everyone who attended to me, and my wife who was in the waiting room, keeping her abreast of how things were going on with me during surgery.

I am travelling from Australia and had a serious medical condition to deal with. I attended the emergency department and was dealt with promptly and effectively all the way through including an overnight stay and a medical procedure. All the staff were fantastic...I could not have asked for better care when I really needed it. Thankyou so much to the numerous support staff nurses and doctors who sorted me out and allowed me to continue enjoying my holiday in the USA

Was in the hospital for a cat bite that required IV antibiotics for 3 days. I was on the second floor north. The staff assigned to that floor during my stay were exceptional. Doctors routinely checked on me. The RN's and support staff did a superb job in taking care of me. Special thank you to Dr. Steele, Rebecca, Mateo and Florina.
