Valley Health System – Ridgewood Campus

I had two procedures at two different times. Also, I consulted with two specialists. My care has been outstanding. The procedures went well. The "Specialists" were: 1. Professional 2. Timely 3. Knowledgeable 4. Explained my status 5. Answered all of my questions I appreciate the service I received. Thank you Valley Health System

Ridiculous! Called multiple days and waited on hold for 30+minutes only to get disconnected, after several attempts, someone picked up. The attitude and tone less desirable in helping me make the appointment. Offered an ultrasound appointment 5 months later, not explaining that I had an option to do the breast imaging sooner, just had to wait for the ultrasound. It was like pulling teeth. I intend to find a different location for both my services. There are way too many options to put up with nonsense and mediocre service that WE PAY FOR!

I've had about three four procedures done at Valley Health campus at Ridgewood New Jersey and the staff is great and they're very concerned about how they treat you I am very impressed because they know how to treat their patients

I was surprised at the reviews I read prior to visiting this hospital. My son had two procedures at this hospital this week on Thursday and Friday and I can only give it 5 stars. The staff was so efficient and truly lovely. The facility is spotless and I was so impressed. It was a treasure to have these procedures done at Valley. I rarely write goggle reviews but I had to say thank you to an excellent staff and lovely facility.

I've been taking my 87 year old mother to physical therapy at the Ridgewood campus, and my experience has been very good so far.
