Valley Health Physician Alliance - Spring Valley Primary Care

I was an established patient at Valley Health Physician Alliance for approximately three years and had a very concerning experience regarding disability documentation. My condition involves severe cervical spine disease requiring multiple surgeries, including a two-level cervical fusion and later revision surgery with additional hardware placement. Because of the severity of this condition I have remained on disability and cannot return to my previous work as a healthcare provider. My primary physician within the practice referred me to a neurologist for ongoing monitoring and MRI imaging, and all records were maintained within the clinic’s electronic system. Great doctor, complete freaking nightmare to get ahold of the office. No way to wait on hold and they never call back, even after they cancelled your appointment. Very very frustrating and it makes it very difficult for us to want to stay as patients. How do I know? My wife and I called 17 times over two days and never once reached anyone.

They never answer the phone, nor return phone calls. I even called while waiting to be called back for my appointment just to see what would happen. They didn’t answer the phone and there’s 3 receptionists up here not on any call...

I have a complaint to make regarding Valley Health Physician Alliance at Spring Valley, Las Vegas. A unprofessional woman called up, Martinez, called me back from last week's call of something I left an instruction to them what they need to do when referring specialist for me and my understanding they're not knowing how to handle that as we had a disagreement and she sd 'have a nice day' and hung up. I thought she was very unprofessional and the people needs to hire more people to answer their phones better so this won't keep happening and delaying other patients treatment from getting their care, otherwise, they're killing patients when not knowing what they're doing.

The actual worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life. Not only do they make you wait hours and hours and hours to get you in for a scheduled appointment But they don’t answer their phone or call you back even when you leave voicemails. They also don’t call you back when you have an appointment scheduled for a telehealth. This office is an absolute disaster. I’ve never experienced anything so bad.
