My first visit here today and I am so impressed with this practice!!! After being warmly welcomed by the receptionist, another waiting patient told me Dr.Gan had saved the foot another Dr. had insisted he would have to lose!! I knew I was in good hands. Everyone in this office was awesome, from all the kind & sweet girls to the fun radiologist. And Dr. Gan! Wow! The minute you meet him you know he is special!!! I loved that he was very efficient but didn’t “rush”, he was very present, and I could tell he really cared!! I can’t wait to come back to this wonderful place for my 4 week follow-up!!!

I went in for hardware removal from my ankle. Dr. Gan was very sharp and knowledgeable of this surgery. The staff is amazing and so understanding always has a smile on there face. I highly recommend this facility in clovis.

Been going to Dr Gan for a few years trying to improve my foot, after an car accident injury. He did his research and came to me with several options to improve my range and help with pain. We've finally come to the end after my surgery and he and his team have done an amazing job. Both in surgery and at the office. Very attentive to the patient needs. I would highly recommend him and his office.

Where do I even start with Dr. Gan and Dr. Pankow… I’m sitting here trying to find words that do justice to their work and I’m coming up short, because “thank you” feels like it needs about ten more exclamation points to even get close. Let’s be real, I was NOT the poster child for “easy patient” during my initial visits. I was facing major, multi surgery that could end in below knee amputation. I was angry, scared and threw in a few "grumpy" moments (sorry about that), but these doctors? They handled me with the kind of compassion and patience that you could only hope for. They’re so genuine, Dr. Gan and Dr. Pankow listened, explained things in a way that didn’t make my head spin, and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. Which, clearly, I was. First visit with Dr. Borromeo in March 2025 for bunion. No phone call to schedule surgery. In June I went to the office to follow up on surgery date. I was informed that Dr. Borromeo only schedule dates are on Fridays. So surgery date is 4/2026. Today, 12/29/25 I went in to make an appointment with this doctor for painful corns in between my toes. She is no longer working there. Never did I receive a phone call, text, or letter informing me of this. I ask the receptionist which doctor would be performing my bunion surgery, she did not know. I was told to ask the doctor I will be seeing January 2026 for painful corns. Kind of having second thoughts of this place.
