I experienced very disrespectful behavior from the front desk staff when calling for a family member, along with poor coordination of their part. It was also disappointing to be charged a cancellation fee despite the cancellation being for medical reasons. They need to clean up their processes and character as a medical office.

This office took over a month to call me after my referral. Then when they finally called me and I gave them info about my previous GI doctor. They told me that since I had a previous GI doctor, they can’t see me. How you could deny a patient care because they’ve had previous care. A doctor’s responsibility is to provide care for patients. The staff was rude and this is a sorry excuse for a provider.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. The doctor is great and has great recommendations but it’s sad that his office is run by a terrible office manager. Sandra was completely unprofessional and rude after rescheduling my mom's appointment multiple times. I told her my mom's appointment could not wait another 2 months, especially since this has been an error on her part. She got angry and raised her voice at me and told me my mom could not be seen until there was an authorization , so either way she would have to wait. I asked to speak to the manager and she informed me (laughing) that she was the manager. I asked for her name and she refused, she said she didn’t have to give me her name, and she hung up. EXTREMELY unprofessional office staff! My appointment was at 10:15 am, waited by the phone until I had to step away to use the restroom around 10:45 am. I came back to his missed call at 10:47 am. I immediately called back and was told Dr. win would be calling me back. Around 1:40 pm I called back stating I had not received a call and wanted to know what was going to happen. The person on the phone by the name of Noemi stated that I was going to be the last person called because I missed the appointment. I told her I didn't miss the appointment at 10:15 am, your office did, I only missed the phone call because I stepped away for three minutes since I had been waiting. I was never told the Dr. was running behind or late, If so I would`ve known he was going to call later after my appointment

I would love to leave a comment about this office the front desk is so completely absolutely rude they said they called me back and left me a voicemail and that was a complete lie because I was by my phone the ringer on and everything and I never got a call back or a voicemail and I don’t understand how they sleep at night I’m so mad
