Osvaldo took my COVID, strep, and flu tests, he was super nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone at the clinic was very kind, and the visit was quick and smooth

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff behaved in a completely unprofessional way and even laughed while interacting with patients. Medical facilities should treat people with respect and empathy, especially when patients may already be stressed or in pain. Instead, the environment felt dismissive and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic professionalism or compassion.

Alicia is great! She took her time to go over why I visited and to update my information. Very friendly. Although I did not speak to everyone else during my visit, the general atmosphere was very inviting. Everyone was communicating and were so friendly with each other. I felt extremely comfortable.

I always come to this clinic when needing a check up. I always get attended pretty quickly and staff is always kind. Osbaldo D. was very sweet and professional when giving me my tests.

Very disappointed at my experience here! My employer sent various orders to be completed prior to my upcoming travel nursing assignment. I called on a Monday to see if everything could get done and asked when would be a good time to come in. I came in on Thursday evening the same week around 5 PM and was sent away saying I needed to come back on a weekday prior to 3:30 PM so that my TB gold bloodwork could get sent out the same day. So today, Monday I came in at 9 AM. Upon checking in I was asked if I brought the lab work packet and lab tubes with me for the TB bloodwork !! Excuse me what? No I most certainly did not and also you couldn’t have told me this last Thursday? Perhaps my company could have sent it to me and I would’ve had it by this morning? … so fine, now I have to go to LabCor
