Winter Weather Warning today 12/9/ 2025 3pm and snowy blizzard conditions with VERY dangerous driving but it's a $75 penalty per the Receptionist to cancel your appointment less than 24 hour advance notice. This place is a joke and I wouldn't waste your time or money going here. Plus, Receptionist said its a 6 month wait to reschedule the appointment! I guess we'll avoid getting in an accident today and we'll also avoid going to this place ever again. Lost a family of 3 customers forever for $75 and in blizzard conditions. They don't care about you.

Great hygienists and dentists! The dental chairs have heat and massage and everyone is super friendly. Best dental office I've gone to!

Very pleased with our visit with Dr. Ash and Ellie, they were amazing, sweet and genuine. I had a very bad experience previously from a dental clinic and was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect, Dr. Ash and Ellie made me feel at ease. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Took their time to explain the entire process, treatment and options for me. They gave me all the information and answered questions. The staff are amazing. From now on, will be using Valley Creek for me and my family! Highly recommend them.
