Valley Chiropractic

I had back surgery in my 30's after a car accident. Now in my 70's, I have developed problems with my sacrum slipping out of place causing pain. My physician at Sutter Health highly recommended Valley Chiropractor. In addition to regular adjustments, Drs. Frozenfar and Eszes have helped me understand my sacrum problems and shown me how to manage the pain through exercises. I'm now able to enjoy yoga, zumba classes, and long daily walks. Their expertise, support, and kindness has made such a huge difference for me. I'm so grateful to them!!

She is extremely knowledgeable and has done amazing work on my hip and lower back. It took me four years to find a quality chiropractor and everyone else I have gone to just gives a cookie cutter adjustment. She really is focused on fixing the root of the problems.

Dr Frozenfar is great! Had a nagging back pain in between my shoulder blades and she was able to alleviate it in the first visit. Went to a different chiropractor who used a bunch of machines to realign it but just needed a good crack.

Dr Rachel has been treating me and my family for 10 years. She has a very professional practice. I think she has healing hands. She has helped us over, and over again. She is an amazing doctor.
