Haven’t started with them yet - but already frustrated. They post that their office hours are 8-5. I called at 4:30 and got their after after hours message. So today I called at 8:45 and got their after after after hours message. When I spoke to the on-call operator they informed me that the phones are not turned on until 9:00 - and get turned off at 3:00. Poor customer service right out the gate. We will see if the level of care I receive makes me change my rating.UPDATE - called at 9:15 and still got the after hours message! This is ridiculous.
We were told that we are no longer along to come because according to them we were rude and insurance issues nurse Joanne Taylor was a sweetheart but staff sucks
