Our dog took a turn for the worse over the weekend and was in pain. They helped us see her across the rainbow bridge in the most low stress and caring way anyone could have. Their kindness and compassion was above and beyond.

Extremely frustrated with new ownership and management of Valley Animal Clinic. Have been taking our cat to this practice for the better part of a decade. No issues in the past with having vaccines forced on our indoor only, never kenneled cat. The new ownership told me to bring a cat stool sample, but did not communicate they would be forcing a vaccine at this visit. Commuted all the way there and the first thing the vet did was come in with rabies syringe pointed at my cat. I asked the office manager, Kara, politely for a waiver which they stated does not exist and that it is a Michigan and Bay County law. This is a lie, specifically for Michigan it is not written as required for felines in this case, especially indoor, never kenneled, lower body weight felines where a non body weight ad

Always a great experience. We used a different veterinarian with our last dog. While that office was compassionate, it was disorganized and chaotic. Valley Animal Clinic is always neat and well organized. They have always accommodated well for appointments and prescription refills. No complaints and would highly recommend!
