Valet parking, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital

Tried to retract my review of 1 star. Staff outside when I picked up was very helpful. Could not retract my initial reaction so I left 5 star to offset it. Thank you

My elderly mother had surgery at RWJH in New Brunswick today. The surgeon and surgical staff were great! The reason for the one star review is solely due to the valet who stated his name was Thomas. I was instructed by the post opp surgical staff to pull up to the valet area to pick my mother up. Upon pull up I told the valet (Thomas) I was here to pick my mother up who was being kept right inside the main entrance by staff due to it being 90 plus degrees outside. With a nasty attitude Thomas stated he didn’t care, and until my mother was outside I had to leave and come back when she was outside. Due to this interaction with the valet myself and my family will no longer come to RWJH in New Brunswick.

it's not expensive specially if you get a parking pass from the front desk on the second floor next to emergency entrance up the stairs "yes" by the pharmacy 🦄
