Valerie Schwalbe, PT, DPT

Valerie is amazing! She's the only reason I was able to have a baby after years of going from doctor to doctor for pelvic pain. None of the doctors I saw believed that someone as young as me had pelvic pain until one sent me to Valerie (he still had no idea what was wrong and how to fix it). She really listens to me and only wants what's best for my care. Pelvic floor therapy can be a bit embarrassing, but I felt nothing but comfortable with Valerie. Her office is clean and lovely as well. I definitely recommend her for anyone with pelvic issues!

Valerie is amazing at what she does, she truly treats and cares for you as a whole and is able to customize the treatment to help you get better. As a guy going to a pelvic floor specialist is not as common as it should be but the reality is we all have a pelvic floor and it is extremely overlooked despite being at the core of everyone. I hope that anyone reading this gives this form a physical therapy a chance as it truly will help you heal and grow.

Valerie is very knowledgeable and considerate. I have IC and PFD and she has helped me considerably with both. She has expressed her interest in me becoming pain free, which I’ve never had by any physician! She’s taught me how to properly lift and run to get and keep my pelvic floor strong. I was so relieved to find someone who truly cared and would help me with my pelvic floor problems!

Dr. Schwalbe is an excellent pelvic physical therapist. We collaborate often and I am impressed by her expertise, thoroughness, and emphasis on integrated care.

Valerie is a phenomenal PT! She takes the time to make sure you are comfortable, and explains things in a way I can understand. I highly recommend her!
