Dr. Harvey is rude and standoffish. The staff is actually nice. I went to her thinking she would understand my skin bad decision with the type of unnecessary attitude she has not worth it.

DR HARVEY IS ONE OF THE BEST DERMATOLOGIST WE HAVE EVER HAD IN YEARS. SHE IS VERY CARING. I LOVE HOW KNOWLEDGEABLE SHE IS AND SHE IS SO PATIENT WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS AND WANT TO LEARN. The location on VA Beach Blvd is very clean and decorated nicely. That is the extent of all positive comments. The appointment was at 11:40, I arrived early and waited to see Dr. Harvey. I had to communicate to the front desk as well as to the PA what the visit entailed. I paid a deposit the day I made the appointment. Upon checking in, I was told I only needed to pay a co-pay and that my insurance would be billed. I was then told after seeing Dr. Harvey that it was cosmetic and that I owed an additional amount upon checking out. I made 3 different transactions for one visit. I was told that the area needed to be numbed however I was not asked my medical conditional nor if I had any allergies. I was injected with something that was pre-filled but was not provided the name of it. I did not
