Valencia Pharmacy

I have been getting my wife's medication here for a few months, and this place has been a real life-saver. We've had trouble for many years trying to find a Pharmacy that can make my wife's specialty compounded medication because of her sensitivity to many ingredients. Megan in the pharmacy has always been the most helpful and caring person I've ever spoken to at any pharmacy. She is so knowledgeable about her profession and always takes the time to listen and work with us. My wife has never had an issue with any of her orders. We couldn't be more pleased with the service at Valencia Pharmacy

Called in to ask about crutches for my son and I spoke with Omar whom was extremely helpful. Not only did he verify they had the side I needed in stock but when when I arrived to purchase them, Omar already had the crutches waiting by the cash register. Super friendly and helpful and because of Omar I have what my son needs. Thank you so much!

I did well with my compounding orders from this pharmacy for a couple months after I started filling here. The ppl I spoke with over the phone were always helpful and polite. But then I started getting major delays and inconsistencies with when I’d receive my order. A week I can plan ahead for, but 2-3 week delays is too much. I’ve since changed pharmacies, but really preferred the meds I had from this pharmacy.

I've been using this pharmacy for a compound medication for about 5-6 months. At first it was good. And then either the compounder was never there or the meds weren't ready when I went to pick up. Keep in mind that I placed my refill orders 5-6 days in advance. This last time I picked up, it wasn't ready, and then when I got home I realized that the flavor was not correct. I called them back and they said that the regular compounder wasn't there so the guy compounder just refilled my last prescription. Am I the only one who thinks this is a dangerous mistake? My prescription mess up wasn't so bad, but what if someone's prescription has changed from 100mg to 50mg? That's a huge mistake! This is so unacceptable. I am moving my business to The Druggist. I highly recommend not using this pharm

I would say this is the best pharmacy in Santa Clarita Valley in my opinion, especially in The Newhall area. This pharmacy has a lot of different things that other pharmacies do not have. They have a lot of holistic healing options. They have some wheelchairs that are pretty cool as well. Staff was always nice and friendly. They just opened a new juice bar as well which seems pretty cool.
