Got to visit with Suzanne in the dining room on Christmas afternoon with quite a few patients present. Suzanne knew me and we conversed for 30 minutes or so and discussed what she seemed to feel comfortable doing. Left telling her that I would return. Everything was clean and when one patient became noisy, staff appeared and assisted him out of the room. This was totally appropriate.

Personally, would like for CNAs in dining room of memory care unit NOT play violent or disruptive shows on the TV. Those people start to feel like they're part of that and get very agitated. Otherwise good food and caring service. Should find more friendly area for patients to wait as dining room is cleaned. Maybe the back TV room?

I have been very happy with my husbands care here so far. All of your staff are friendly and eager to help. I’m hoping he will be able to rehab and come home but in the meantime I feel he’s in good hands.
