The experience here is always a friendly, efficient, and supportive one. The front desk staff is very friendly and personable (it’s hard to just mention one without mentioning the whole team, but shout out to Debbie). They make sure that you are aware of the potential costs with a visit with proper transparency and do so efficiently. The supporting dental staff are also very personable and conduct themselves in a professional manner to ensure you are ready to be seen by the dentist. Speaking of dentists, I have been seen by Dr. Ray since I was a kid. He makes the effort to build strong patient-doctor relationship why also providing honest advice on how one can improve their dental health & hygiene as a patient. In other words: friendly, supportive, honest, professional, and transparent. I

I’ve had a consistently positive experience at Valencia Dental Group at Copper Hill. Dr. Ray is thorough, calm, and very precise in his work, which immediately puts you at ease. What I appreciate most is how intentional he is with patient care. He doesn’t rush appointments and makes sure you understand what’s being done and why. That level of communication and care makes a big difference. The office environment is professional and well run, from scheduling to follow-up. The staff is courteous, attentive, and respectful of your time. Overall, Dr. Ray provides high-quality, thoughtful dental care, and I would confidently recommend this office to anyone looking for a dependable and skilled dentist.

I never thought I’d say I actually enjoyed going to the dentist, but my experience at Valencia Dental Group at Copper Hill has been incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family rather than just another patient on the schedule. A massive shoutout to the manager, Claudia Mathew. She is absolutely amazing! She made sure everything was seamless and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about you, go see them!

I am not a fan of visiting the Dentist and have anxiety when it comes to going in for routine care. However I am so happy I came across this dental office. Rabia has taken absolutely amazing care of me during my last two cleanings. She is kind, patient, and incredibly gentle, and she always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and check in to make sure I’m comfortable. Rabia truly goes above and beyond to make the experience is comfortable and helps calm my nerves. Dr. Ray is just as wonderful and both Dr. Ray front office staff and Rabia create such a calm and friendly environment that really makes a difference.

I can't say enough good things about this dental office. Dr.Ray is fantastic, skilled, patient and caring. The entire staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. This is by far one of the best dental experiences I’ve had!
