I’ve had a really good experience at Copperhill Smiles with my dental treatment. From the start, Suzie and Jackie have always been friendly and welcoming at the front desk, which makes a big difference walking in. Dr. Cho has been clear and thorough in explaining the plan, and Dr. Shad has been professional, kind, and reassuring during my appointments. I’ve felt comfortable and well-informed each step of the way. I've also appreciated the support from the dental assistants, including Ybeth ,Trexie and Mo who were attentive and helpful during my visits. Tori made the financial part easy to understand, which I really valued. Overall, I’ve felt supported and taken care of throughout this process. Grateful for the team at Copperhill Smiles.

Susie at the front office was incredibly kind, welcoming, and organized, making check-in and scheduling completely stress-free. Ursella, my dental hygienist, was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. Trexie and Jasmine were wonderful assistants, both were attentive, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visits. And Dr. Shad was truly magnificent. Excellent place! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care. They helped me so much with my cleaning and gum problems, and now my teeth are in amazing shape. Jennifer is absolutely fantastic—she is very detail-oriented, gentle, and does an incredible job during the cleaning. You can really tell she cares about her patients. She has amazing hands and makes the whole experience comfortable. Jennifer is the best!

Came in for an exam and began treatment immediately with Dr. New. The office was clean and staff were extremely professional! Torre the manager was kind, honest and professional. The fees Torre gave me were transparent and I couldn't pass up no interest offer. I came back to see Tonya the hygienist whom was sweet, gentle and I had an amazing cleaning! Mo is a great assistant--very knowledgeable. Torre, Jackie, Susie and Trexie make me feel like a VIP WHEN I WALK IN! I will be referring all my friends and family here!
