I never ever leave reviews but today I'm gonna. I had just had my wisdom teeth removed and my daughter was very sick the lady who took her tests was very rude and unfriendly. I had to ask what test she was about to do on my 5 year old.may I add she ended up having strep. I will say last at the front desk was a sweet heart. But as we go to leave we stop by the bathroom and there absolutely disgusting there was a used pad rapper in the sink it was trashed like nobody has ever even stepped in there to clean it. Absolutely disgusting experience. And will travel 20 minutes next time to go somewhere else

Not coming back. Came here a while back, but I’m a maintenance mechanic and on my feet all day at work. My foot had been hurting badly, and by the time I came in I was on crutches. After being seen, the provider told me I could go back to work after just one day of rest and that I “should be fine.” I explained that the pain was severe and I didn’t think that was realistic. She dismissed my concerns and insisted I was okay to return. I felt rushed out of the room because she was about to go on break. I went to a specialist the very next day and ended up needing a corticosteroid shot and was taken off work for a full week. I won’t be returning to this urgent care.

Never go here. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Waited on hold for 10 minutes to end up stopping by and the blonde hair lady at the desk was just sitting there on her phone while I’m on hold. Sent my medicine to wrong pharmacy and made me waste my evening driving around trying to get my prescription, since they won’t answer the phone or confirm the location of where you want your prescription sent.

I had a wonderful experience at Valdese Express Care! The front desk staff and medical staff were so courteous and professional! Thank you for your exceptional care!

I've been putting this review off for a few weeks now. Went to this express care back in January/February due to sickness. No diagnosis, was told there were alot of things mimicking flu and covid so I understood and left. Around the end of May I was running a fever of 101 for a full day with fatigue, sore throat, and ear ache, and eye drainage. Was told the same thing yet again. Two days later my ear was in so much pain I went to another urgent care to get told I have a ear infection and bacterial infection. Now coming to the end of June, receiving a bill in the mail with some symptoms still occurring 3 weeks later I have no answers.
