Ordered for my sister. Have not received product. We paid, but got nothing. Will be getting a dispute started with my back. She loves the product but she is about to be out.

I’m very confused as to why I’d been ordering from this company since 2020, and have been receiving the product with no delay, but I never read the reviews so I had no idea that this company has been operating this way for at least 8years! My last order was placed and paid 6/19/26, received the confirmation email that said I’d be notified when it shipped, promising delivery in 5-7 days. That was the last communication I got from them. 6/26/25 I called, got shuttled around the automated system and then a ringing until it disconnected. 6/27, I left a Voicemail, no response. I then reported it to my CC company and have had the charge credited back. But they are still online COLLECTING PAYMENTS and not delivering, which is a crime that I intend to report. BBB is a waste of time.

Fraudsters! They withdraw money from the account and do not send anything! They don't respond to emails! I don't know why no one from the USA informs the competent police!

This company stinks! They are happy to take your money but we have yet to get the product. Money was taken from our account April 6th - we've received NOTHING either in the mail nor any responses to our inquiries both by telephone and email. Do NOT do business with this company - you won't speak to a person nor will you get a response - but they sure are happy to take your money. Dissatisfied in south central PA.

I gave them a star only because I had to. I never received my order and did not return my emails. They took my money, but NO product. DO NOT order from this company!! Should turn them in to the better business bureau!!
