VA Medical Center- Wilmington

I am a Vietnam veteran, TET offensive 68, I was there for 5 offenses campaigns. I have PTSD (100%) Disabled. I thought that Washington, DC was the worst VA Hospital? But I was wrong! Philadelphia VA is the worse, And Wilmington is the second. I applied in Washington, DC in 1975 for exposure to agent Orange, they told me that I was too late. so they did nothing. Now I have cancer.
