VA Emergency Room

What I experienced in that ER was an outright failure of care, professionalism, and basic human decency. I arrived in extreme, debilitating shoulder pain—pain so severe that remaining seated was nearly impossible. I was placed in a room and then completely abandoned. I waited for over an hour without a single nurse, provider, or staff member checking on me. No evaluation. No update. No acknowledgment. The level of disregard was shocking and unacceptable. The pain became unbearable, and because no one cared enough to even look in my direction, I was forced to leave. Only after I stepped out did PA Bryan call to ask whether I had left and instructed me to return. I followed his direction. The ER at Lake Nona VA is outstanding! Zero wait time. Awesome attentiveness. Treatment is respectful and honest. 100% recommended. My visit was December 2025

Did 1 because don't let me do any. But, jesus I was waiting outside seating are for 3 hours came here with really high blood pressure. I've been here since 10:30 and itnis 3:30 and ai still here. FOT NOTHING! they did not do anything. They just dont care to be honest. They sais that is blood pressurebis close to 200 or really low they are not too concern. OMG meaning you are waiting for someone to be dying to care!? Don't come here!

We have got to treat our veterans better. It’s been 2 hours and we are being told there is a 5 hour wait!!! I haven’t watched but just 2-3 people being taken back. Deeply saddened and frustrated by the way the VA treats our veterans.

Orlando's VA facility and staff are amazing. Thank you for taking care of those who protected our country.
