From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. Front desk staff is personable welcoming and ready to answer questions. Back office staff and doctor are great. We chatted quite a bit, the doctor made sure we understood all that was going on. Never thought I'd go to Walmart for vision care but I'll be a loyal patient now.

Dr. Maris was professional, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. She did not default to a common diagnosis and instead performed a thorough evaluation to identify the true cause of my eye issue. Excellent care. Excellent customer service.

Terrible customer service. Zero customer service would fit as well. I scheduled a few weeks ago, they sent me a confirmation yesterday, which I responded to immediately and confirmed. Arrived on time to hear that they would not take my health insurance because they did not have time to enter it. Didn’t ask what health insurance I would be using or make any effort to do anything.The lady had 1 comment to help resolve (or not resolve) the situation: “The person you spoke with when making the appointment should have told you that we need your insurance at least 24 hours ahead of time”. This was robotically repeated several times with a vacant stare. No explanation whatsoever. She only asked if I wanted to self pay. Well no, I have insurance for that. The starts are for the doctor. He was very nice! But customer service was awful. The lady that checked me out was very rude and the whole process felt a little disorganized and overwhelming.

Dr Gram is the best who took time to check your eyes out thoroughly and answer all your questions👍👍👍
