My experience at your clinic this past Sunday was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I experienced symptoms of a urinary tract infection on Friday and Saturday, but on Sunday the symptoms became very severe, so I decided to seek medical attention at your urgent care clinic. The receptionist took my information and sent me to see the doctor. The nurse asked a few questions, and then a young female doctor came in. All of them—especially the doctor—were cold and lacked basic empathy. While I do not expect emotional support, I do expect professionalism and adequate care. The doctor asked which pharmacy I preferred, and I stated that Walgreens was fine. I left the clinic and went directly to the pharmacy to pick up my medication as quickly as possible. However, the pharmacy was closed

It has been about 5 months since I visited with the Instacare team. I reached out to the patient feedback team about 5 months ago to let them know of my experience. After going to this urgent twice and being treated twice for the wrong issue, I told them I would be willing to pay 1 copay because the visit was pointless and a waste of money. My general doctor was the one who actually found out what’s wrong and actually fixed the issue. I recieved a letter about 3 months ago saying that they were still deciding and have received no contact since.

You shouldn't give people an estimated time of 20-30 and then add another 20-30 after we already waited that time. They let 3 people in front of my son because they claimed they were more urgent. I overheard them checking in and their situation was not urgent but yet they let 3 people go in front of us. So I took my son and left. Unacceptable. My son was itching really bad and that wasn't fair to him. Its miserable to be itchy.

The clerks at the intake desk were very professional and pleasant as were the MA and physician. My stitches healed beautifully. I realized after I left that I wanted more complete instruction about caring for the wound, e.g., how often to change the dressing. If that was given verbally, I missed it. I think a handout would have been good.

Went to urgent care for a what ended up being a migraine. They said they couldn't help and sent me to the ER. ER did a body response check and said I was fine. The urgent care doctor could of done the same test no issue. No equipment was used. ER did nothing else and said to go home. No treatments were made, there was no need to be sent to the ER. IHC then billed me $2,600. No college student can afford this. Professional scam artists.
