I am very impressed with Dr Baldwin and his staff! I came here to get my wisdom tooth out that was super impacted. I was a little nervous going to a different dental office that wasn't my regular dentist, but during my pre op appointment, he was great at making sure I was comfortable with everything and that I knew what was going to happen. I just got it out yesterday so I'm not even 24 hours into recovery and there is almost no pain left. It's not just the technical stuff they are good at though. Both Dr Baldwin and his staff are very friendly. There's a lot of places in the medical field where customer service is forgotten, but I didn't get that at all here. Everyone there is super nice and easy to talk to.

Husband Kent Knowley has been a patient for many years. We keep coming back. Dr. Baldwin is an excellent surgeon. Kent has had some pretty serious surgeries and is an open heart patient. We’ve never worried about a thing under Dr Baldwins care. We are very thankful. So much so we brought a huge baking pan of home made Baklava for him and the staff. I called Dr Baldwin for assistance on a tooth extraction and The Manager complains to me that my interesting situation was thrown into her lap, and she was not happy about it. You could tell just by the tone in her voice she was definitely not pleased and didn’t want to deal with me. “Dear Manager When managing for a company or an individual, we are required to wear many hats and customer service being at the top of that list. Dr. Ken Baldwin has a very impressive résumé and I’m sure he doesn’t need his reviews to show his patients how great he is But I would assume he wants to make sure he’s got a solid staff taking care of his clients. We had such a positive experience with Dr Baldwin and his team. Everyone was so professional and easy to work with. You can tell they know what they are doing and care about their patients. We will definitely be back with our other kids.
