When I arrived for my 10 am appointment, I was told Dr Kimball was still in surgery and my appointment would probably be delayed for over 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!! They obviously knew well before because I was not the first one of the day. I was livid, they had plenty of time to call or text. Instead they regard others time as little value. So then after I wait 2 hours and 16 minutes, I am rushed through my appointment as he’s trying to get caught up. He left due to a phone call before I could finish my questions. I was super unimpressed with how this clinic handles things. I chose to go elsewhere for surgery.

Absolute joke of an office. Several physicians advised I would need surgery for four herniated discs in my neck, but this was the only clinic my insurance covered. After waiting several weeks to get in, we arrive for our appointment. 10-15 minutes after we arrive, a guy in a t shirt and jeans strolls into the office. Turns out, that was Dr. Kimball. We get called into the room a few minutes later, and within seconds, before even pulling up my chart or MRI, he says he doesn't think it's surgical, and refers me to Spinal Interventions. Of course, since we now had an "Office Visit" I have to pay $160 for what he could have just told me on the phone. It was very unprofessional for him to be late, and even more so that we had to take hours out of our day only to have him tell me it's not su

I was attending a soccer game, on a May Saturday morning. I turned around in my chair and picked up my 18 month old granddaughter, then turned back around with her in my arms and placed her on my lap. I instantly felt nauseated and excused myself. Over the next 3 days I was in excruciating pain and unsure if it's source. My Primary Care x-ray did not look good. Referred to a spine doctor, MRI then to Dr John Edwards. Sumitt Brain & Spine moved quickly and efficiently to preserve my quality of life. A serious situation was unveiled with the MRI and they wasted no time getting me into surgery as soon as possible. In the mean time, they kept me comfortable. I owe my life to them ---- literally, my legs, bladder and bowels. Thank you Tyler for recognizing the severity of my symptoms. Thank you

Doctors are solid. That's the most important thing. I've worked with Dr. Bevan and he's excellent. However, if you have an appointment with one of their neurosurgeons you should plan for serious delays. The office isn't run very well. Each of my appointments has been delayed 1-3 hours because of emergency surgeries or overbooking. I guess it’s the nature of a neurosurgeon’s job to get pulled into emergency surgeries, but the office staff doesn’t communicate very well about the delays. If you can’t wait long enough for the doctor to get back then the only alternative they propose is to reschedule your appointment for 1-2 weeks later. So the doctors are great, but just be prepared to block off your whole day whenever you go in for an appointment.

Dr. John Edwards is fantastic! I was completely bed ridden with pain, not being able to walk or stand from pain for weeks. I had a really large herniation in my S1-L5. Dr. Edwards was able to get me in quickly and did an amazing job. The surgery went very smoothly and I was out of sciatic pain. It’s now been two weeks and I’m walking around pain free. I’m still taking it easy for the recovery, but haven’t felt this positive in months. The last thing I wanted to do was surgery from all the horror stories of fusing disc after disc, but when injections didn’t work I need something and quick. I spoke with other Dr’s that have Dr Edward great praise as well. All saying this procedure needs a good and young steady hand. Dr. Edwards has been life changing for me. Almost all the bad revie
