UT Southwestern Frisco

My experience has been that horrible! I was referred to Dr. Vincent Kuo for my serious stomach issues. Making a new patient appointment took 8 months!! I waited.. he had horrible communication skills.. I can see past that if he would help me find out my problem.. I did all of the expensive testing he required.. it took 6 more months to get another appointment to go over my MRI!! When I did… he could not even read my images.. he relied on the knowledge of xray tech… he told me that the large bump I made him feel in my stomach was my SPINE!!! When I complained to the director about my appointment they did nothing!!! Don’t waste your time or money on this hospital!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received at Texas Health Frisco’s Emergency Room. I arrived with severe headaches and a blood pressure reading of 172/106. I was discharged while still in pain. After discharge, my blood pressure remains elevated at 166/103, and I continue to experience symptoms. While waiting for my ride, I developed abdominal pain and was still told to leave because tests were “negative.” Negative test results do not erase ongoing symptoms or dangerously high blood pressure. I felt dismissed and rushed out despite clearly not being stable. This experience has left me very disappointed and concerned about patient care standards. I expect a prompt response regarding this matter.

I had my robotic radical prostatectomy surgery in this hospital. They could not have been better, from the doctors, staff, nurses, labs and radiology department. Super polite, respectful and caring of my well being. Don’t wish anyone needing to visit, but if you must have no fear they are great.

Nurse Adeeva in emergency was horribly rude, no compassion at all!! She argued with us because she was unable to get a vein and just made my daughter suffer because she had the nerve to question her. The hospital is beautiful, it's a shame the staff is so horrible in emergency.

My wife had an unfortunate health occurrence yesterday morning. While in the ER she told me about a nurse by the name of Leticia who was top notch and on top of her game. In all her years of sometimes seeking medical help has she had such a great nurse! She went above and beyond in her role. I’m sure she will do well in life as she listens to her patients and ACTUALLY cares. Just not a job to her. Enjoy her while you have her. She’s the best
