This is one of the best organized medical offices in this area. I was greeted in a very efficient way and was treated by five people that knew exactly what they were doing, and all done in an excellent timeframe.. I highly recommend Ut Health RGB Center , the Staff , and Dr. Reinhart , the surgeon endocrinologist, who is a most prepared, efficient ,and caring doctor.

I don't remember names or their position, but the gentleman that came into the room to ask me questions before the doctor came in kept cutting me off while I was telling him my symptoms and how they have progressed. Then when he was checking my stomach he asks me how did I get the stretch marks.... ummm from my 3 pregnancies. Dr. came in to speak with me and tell me about my surgery and left within 5 minutes. Was given the paperwork for the surgery and would be called about the money I have to pay the drs office. I called a week later, they still didn't have any information on it. I called again 1 week before the surgery, still didn't have any information. I called the Friday before my surgery, which is that coming Monday and it took a while but finally was told the total cost. Had to canc

Please educate your front office staff on identifying blind patients. My husband walked in with a blind persons cane and they asked him to sign in, he said I can't my wife usually does that, their response was take a seat and wait on your wife to come in.

Great medical staff, Dr. Dahlhausen perfomed emergency surgery on me in May 2023 and Dr. Candil put me "back together" in October 2023. Both of them showed extreme care and compassion during, and after the process. They explained things in a manner in which the lay person could understand and process and did not over-dramatize the situation. Michelle Reid was also invlved in both of the procedures and was just as greate as the surgeons were. The only reason I am not giving a five star rating is that the administration side was a nightmare to deal with. A little more organization would help save patients a lot of headaches.

I was diagnosed and treated for my Thyroid Cancer by Dr Reinhart and staff. Dr Reinhart, along with PA Melanie and Sarah give great care and understanding. I appreciate all they have done for me and would choose this office and Dr all over again if I had to.
