Ustick Dental Office

We had our first visit and my mom had two broken off teeth and I wasn't expecting them to be able to extract them in the first visit but they did. They were very nice and thorough. They were not pushy and gave my 98 year old mother time to process her choices. Even the receptionist did all they could do to make everything perfect. Dr Rigby answered all my questions and I could tell he was being honest with everything he was telling me.

Great first visit, great and friendly staff. Everyone worked so well as a team which is so nice to see. Highly recommend! Only downside was to have such a great visit experience to end with checking out to focus on selling payment options for proposed work. Front office staff never really acknowledged me, simply stood up to go over payment plans offered. So different from the experience I had in the back office treatment rooms.

I had a root canel and a crown. We were able to get it all done the same day. They were all very personable through the whole experience. They came and asked if I wanted to see my tooth being. It was a super neat experience! This dental office honestly is the best one I've been to yet.
