If I could rate less then one star I would. Had a family member who passed not too long ago and it was probably the 2nd most worst experience for him, other then dying of old age. Some of the nurses and CNAs were good and some were absolutely horrible. One day there would be four CNAs to a hall, other days they would have two. Some days his calls were answered very fast and other days you would wonder if they would ever bring help at all. Although that’s not the CNAs fault for being under staffed, I do think if it’s a consistent problem I think management should be held more accountable and take immediate course of action, like helping out physically, or finding someone to help out immediately. Went on a tour with my son and it honestly seemed to be a great place. Our family LOVES our veterans, so when we found out later on about the high turnover rate and other aspects of the place we obviously had concerns. I saw the residents added fly swatters to their Christmas wish list at a local doctor’s office, and thought it was strange, but then after finding out more it made total sense. Have DEFINITELY changed my mind about them.

The staff are exceptional! Friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and pleasant.

The staff at Ussery Roan has been awesome since admitting my biological Dad a few weeks ago. They seem to be doing a great job from what I see every time I visit.

It was very nice and clean inside all the associates that I met was very polite and willing to help me find my way
