Would leave one star except I had previously been under the care of Dr Dorothy Shulman (5 stars every visit,) and was referred to PA Shannon Bauer - was 15 minutes late to my literal diabetic appointment because my blood sugar had become too low to operate a vehicle, tried to call and was on hold for the entire 15 extra minutes it took to get there, then the receptionist took a full 10 other minutes before I could even check in and was then asked why I was late. Explained my blood sugar was literally too low to drive so I had to pull over, and after having a nurse run back and forth from the back, was then told I have to reschedule because I was late. Which I fully admit to being late, however, I would expect a little more understanding for a diabetic related issue from a provider who is l

I waited 15 minutes to speak with facility and after couple questions about insurance I had more questions about doctor, because I need testosterone and other hormones, not every endocrinologist treats such patients, but they decided to hang out without even listening..

Waited a month for them to get back to me about a referral, at which I was checking status on weekly only to be told that they are not excepting new patients. Insurance company even called prior to referral being sent there to make sure they were taking new patients and they said yes. What a waste of time and very unprofessional to not have proper knowledge and accurate information on scheduling.
