Dr. Amin went above and beyond! I’ve been to plenty doctors in my life and he has been one of the only ones that was engaged with my case and did everything that was necessary to help me. I will forever be thankful that he took over my case with such ease and showed actual concern and willingness every step of the way. He took the time to hear all my concerns and even my parents were more than pleased with the whole experience. As well as Dr Flores Milan! Super down to earth and just 2 awesome humans! You can definitely tell that they actually love and are passionate for what they do.

Gabriel Flores-Milan is one of the best person you could ever meet. He is an amazing and caring surgeon. He was exactly what I needed for help. Not only did he do a great job on my first surgery, he did wonderful on my second. He did not waste any time and fit me into his schedule as quick as possible. On our first visit, he help me navigate around to get seen as fast as possible. I needed spinal fusion fast. I was his last surgeries both times, he did not go home until I was fixed. Im now roughly 8 weeks post op on second surgery and I am feeling amazing. He fixed the problem and took care of me. Not only does he bring such a moral standard to what a surgeon should be, but he sacrifices his time, and has an amazing team. I am so incredibly thankful and blessed that I was put in great hand

Dr Amin and Dr Flores are amazing! Very thorough. Kind, thoughtful, They both knew my needs and did the review to make a plan. I wont go anywhere else.

⭐ 1-Star Review (Would Give Negative Stars if Possible) My experience with USF Health Department of Neurosurgery at 1325 Lakeland Hills Blvd, Lakeland, FL has been, without question, the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in a medical setting. My wife was admitted to LRMC and diagnosed with significant back issues, and we were instructed to follow up with this neurosurgery department. I called their office the very next day after we returned home, only to be told they had not received any of her medical information from the hospital. I immediately contacted LRMC, and they confirmed the records were sent again. Three days later, I called back, and was told her records were still “being reviewed.” I followed up again three or four days after that, and the answer was the same—th

I called to schedule an appointment and was told they needed to get all my information regarding my back issue before seeing Dr Milan. It did take some time but I was called with an appointment. Dr. Milan was very nice attentive and understanding and we talk about my issues he then scheduled some appointments and test. I will follow up with him again.
