This hospital is one of the best. I was admitted on Sunday night through the Emergency Room, and after having my tests done, I was attended to immediately. Within a very short time, I was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where I received excellent, fast, and compassionate care. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided. The doctors, nurses, and all staff were extremely professional, efficient, understanding, compassionate, and generous. My therapist name is Vivian. She is the best therapist I ever had. A doctor fractured my knee during surgery and it also has caused me major back problems. Through exercise I been able to manage the pain and get movement on my body. USC Verdugo Hills is the only place u want to go for P/T treatment. The place is large and have all the equipment you need and everything is in working order. It’s also very clean and safe. The staff is great. If you go in the mornings they offer coffee and hot chocolate. I have gone to places where most of the bikes are not working. Where one therapist works with five people at the same in a tiny room. I had a very positive experience at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital Emergency Department during my recent visit for a dog bite. From the moment I checked in, I was warmly welcomed by Kimberly and Didi, who immediately made me feel at ease. I was then triaged by Sergey, RN, who was kind, professional, and efficient. Kelley, PA-C, took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and reassure me that I would be fine. She clearly walked me through the plan of care, including the X-ray, tetanus shot, and being sent home with antibiotics, which helped ease my concerns. My X-ray was taken by Jason, Radiologic Technologist, who was wonderful and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process.
