USA Medical Care

Called and asked about walk ins. Was told to come in. Also informed receptionist before coming in about my insurance and was told the office took it. When I went in, I was told that my insurance card had to have their name on it in order to be seen. I told the receptionist why she did not tell me this before driving 30 min wasting gas. Mind you I have asthma symptoms. I was cut off in mid sentence by the receptionist. She decided to not listen to anything else I had to say by answering a call, and shutting the window on me. I left in tears, appalled by the customer service I received. Will not be returning here ever again. Bed side manner in the medical field is getting worse. I was turned away like an animal. Let me tell you this place was a total blessing. I was sicker than I have been in many years a few weeks ago. I came into the office and was seen very quickly. The Dr was very concerned that I had pneumonia and got me on a breathing machine very quickly as well as several shots to get me on the road to recovery. All the staff was super friendly and I didn't even feel the shots the nurse gave me. That is a million!!

I went there to get a dot physical. They took my blood pressure told me it was very high would not pass me. I went to Walmart checked and also purchased a blood pressure tester. My blood pressure was good both times. They did that so they could charge me for another visit.

The doctor / nurse McClave at this location is nice, i have nothing bad to say about her. My grievance is with the office manager / receptionist. She is obtuse rude and combative. I tried discussing a billing issue with her and she refused to listen, kept talking over me, talking down to me like i was a child, making excuses for the billing mistake. Each time she made an excuse i responded with a logical reason why the excuse she gave didn't made sense. This made her angry, she raised her voice, said she refused to discuss it with me and i just had to pay. She then said i was banned from seeing the doctor ever again. Was trying to be a new patient here. Moved here from PA. This doctors office came very highly recommended however my 1st visit they told me my appointment was at 8:30. I arrive at 8:20 waited until 8:45 before I asked if I had my appointment time incorrect. They told me, no, I had the correct time but the doctor doesn't even get in until 9am. What???? They had me come in 30 mins early to fill out the 2 page new patient paperwork that took 3 minutes. When I was finally seen I felt the doctor didn't listen to anything I said, and rushed through the appointment. I have been prescribes adderall for 10 years. I called and asked if they prescribe that there if I have all my records sent to them. THEY SAID YES. i call morning of the appointment only to be told they don't prescribe that at all. I
