USA Health University Hospital: Emergency Dept

I waited (6 hours) and currently still am waiting for them to just remove ONE contact out of my eye. They made me wait in the lobby and even made walk back out after calling for me. Majority of the nurses or doctors are NOT on the same page. Better off going to springhill if you’re in an emergency

Worst place !! If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been to providence , I’ve been to children and women etc . I thought there timing was bad Oh NO !!! Me and my mom left straight for work , made it there at 4:30pm . She has a cyst on the side of her neck that’s been there for years . It has been lanced twice but never actually went away so her primary was concerned of something more. We signed in , they got her vitals , sat back in the waiting room , then they got her blood and put an IV in her arm because they said they were doing a CT scan and either gonna lance it or let a surgeon do it. We sat there for 5 hours and that’s the only thing that was done mind yall it was not packed . Everyone that was there before us was called back and gone already . Worst place with timing . Will ne

Saw videos of your nurses celebrating someone’s death, like Robyn Darby for example. Wearing her OR uniform with your badge all over it. So if something ever happens and I need an OR I probably should come here because my views may not align with hers?

Would put no star. Y’all need to do better. My husband came in the night before dehydrated, diarrhea, sever stomach cramps, leg and feet cramping maybe due to heat. Took 12 hrs for fluids to be sent home. Then here we are back again. Been here 5 hrs still in waiting area. His symptoms got worse. Now bleeding with diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. He going to bathroom every 15-20 min. But we are still waiting. What’s the use of ER and y’all take all day long . Don’t you think if blood was coming out your buttt it’s an emergency. Y’all should have taken care of him the night before instead of discharging him. He didn’t have any energy and he kept going to bathroom every few minutes. Please get someone over this ER so y’all do better with timing. We get billed regardless of how you do anywa

The ER staff was great. This is the first place I have been where I was discriminated against for being white. Was told by the lobby lady it was closed to wait outside. I just got discharged. While the lobby is filled with all black people coming in and out . That lady just walked in
