U.S. Renal Care

I have been a patient at US RENAL in Vineland for 4yrs, 2 months. Within the last few years the facility has changed dramatically. The staff turn over is horrible & the Techs definitely need ongoing training. Every week there's a new employee. There has not been a FA in a while. The place is a bit on the unorganized and dirty side. The Social Worker really doesn't do much as far as patient care and can't seem to answer questions in regards to Dialysis. There are a few good techs but very limited, about 4. The rest need serious follow up training. In addition a nurse has difficulty telling the truth and handling patients concerns. I'm leaving this place in hopes of a better facility. It's in the works. I could add a ton more of the things I have witnessed but I will leave it alone.

The Staff @ US Renal care treats their patients more like family than patients as they really carew about thr patient lives outside of treatment as muc as durring the alotted treatment times. With a caring staff and adequate facilities they make what is a very depressing and trying treament better for the patients.

I love the nursing staff at us renal care vineland they are caring professional I been on both side in house Dialysis and home Dialysis I've been treated with not but respect and kindness I've been made to feel like my situation and my life matters I recommend them to my family and yours

I have been a patient at us Renal Care in Vineland for over four years going on five and I find it to be loving and pleasant not dirty or unmanageable yes it has been different nurses that's because they keep hiring different nurses that travel but they nice they take care of you and yes maybe one or two might need some training that's because they're new and not familiar with this facility that they working in otherwise they are great people their family to me and I love where I go and wouldn't change to go no worries else so if anyone has something terrible to say tell the truth don't say what you seeing one day or no what you think you know and leave out half of the story I love violin and if people are family to me they take care of me always have from day one so I can't say nothing ba

I have had nothing but great experiences with us renal care vineland there social worker is the best any problems I have I can go to him I can talk to him about anything I mean anything it is kept confidential any problems I need help with that's what I get help with him solving them if he doesn't know the answers he will find them out for me i couldn't ask for a better person to be on my team I am very Blessed to have my social worker atu vineland us Renal care
