U.S. Renal Care

My mom is 67 and started to go.. the chairs they use are very old and my mom needs to bring her own cushion to be conformable.. also the implicated a new policy the nurses will nolonger help patients in or out of the building.

The female nurses need to be changed they don't help or do much in helping the people who go, my father can't walk so he uses a chair the female nurses don't help him with the doors or help him get out they stay inside if we ask for help they say they can't do that and they don't let him use the restroom one female nurse said to go on the chair he was sitting on that they don't want to stop treatment when they can stop it and restart treatment if need be, my dad is 75 yrs old he does not need to be embarrassed for having to use the restroom, the male nurses are the only ones that try to help him and we are thankful for them they come out to help him to the car and even open the door for him
