Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours just to get a dot physical. Had to fill out paperwork 3 different times. I ended up having to leave. The place was not busy at all but had people walking in and leaving constantly

Staff, doctor and nurses were all amazing. I was in and out rather quickly. I was injured at work so my employer sent me there. I had a similar injury before and went to the ER in another state a few years back and the quality of treatment I experienced here was 50 times better than I received from a similar injury. They listened to me, explained my injury and what to do to help it heal. I was given medication for my pain and a wrap for my injury. 10/10 Now I'm mad at the care I experienced elsewhere because this place treated me like a human and not just a number. I went on a Tuesday in the early afternoon. It was not too busy at all and the paperwork was easy. They knew exactly what to do for a workplace injury.

I come here for my workers comp physical therapy and The entire crew is great, Nancy is always on point with my appts and getting to n fro, Chandler and Brooks have me kept me laughing truly and enjoyable squad to be around Thanks so much guys!

This is a review about their accounting (medical/nursing staff are good). Was sent there for a pre-employment physical check up by employer about a year ago. Just got a letter from the debt collector asking me to pay. After successfully reached the debt collector after a few attempts, they said my employer paid the bill and told me to disregard their letter. So, they have a problem getting paid for the service which was supposed to be covered by the employer. Apparently, they just asked the debt collector to go to everybody on file for the money. This is bad accounting practice.

It's just ok. Could improve on customer service.
