All staff is super friendly and helpful. From the time you walk in door, front desk is ready to check you in with a smile. The nurses for infusions are amazing! Always so kind and patient. They really make you feel welcome and that they enjoy their job

Great experience from time I checked in with the receptionist, the nurse was very professional, courteous and respectful. Dr. Haffelfinger was very thorough and was concerned about my health issues. She answered my questions and recommended testing be done. Checkout Assistant was pleasant as well.

I visited US Digestive Health in Lansdale-Colmar on Wednesday, Nov 19 for an internal medicine exam. Krysty, the intake nurse was very professional and polite, took my vitals and intake statement. Caitlin, CRNP conducted a thorough exam and went over my concerns. Caitlin was very professional, informative and courteous. I was pleased with my visit and would recommend this facility to others. Thank you.

The staff at this location have collaborative spirit and work ethic; efficient, friendly, considerate and respectful in every way. The open dialog is valued. I am appreciative of the customer service provided and addressing my questions or concerns. Even if they do not have all of the answers or solutions it's reassuring to know a transparent and consistent follow up can be expected. I value this as a patient and what I value most is the feeling of relationship and mutual respect and the feeling that I simply matter.

I was treated by Dr Chan and he prescribed 40 mg of Femotidine for my acid reflux. One day after taking the medication I got a splitting headache. I took asprin for the headache and got some relief. I called the office today in the morning ~9am and wanted Dr chan's advice about whether to continue the medication . The person at the front desk said that she will talk to Dr Chan and let me know, but never called back. I called ~2:30 and she said that Dr Chan wants me to stop the medication, but no other treatment was prescribed other than trying to send me a pamphlet. I am disappointed at the response from the office and feel like I wasted my time and money by going to this facility.
