They never pick up! I’ve also done all the tests they asked me to. And need an EGD done! My first appointment was great. The P.A listened to me and we made a plan. But for the plan to go into effect YOU NEED TO CALL BACK YOUR PATIENT. I’m in a lot of pain and have yet to hear when I can schedule my procedure. Which will be in 2026 and 2025 is almost over! I’ve done all the blood work twice!! Bc they didn’t check to see one thing and had to go back for more blood work. Got it. Not a problem. Had my ultrasound down and all the blood work a month ago. Idk what to say but if I knew these people be this incompetent I would’ve went somewhere else. Bad news, you’ll have to come into the office and talk to the front desk. Extremely happy to be able to get my test results explained throughly by means of virtual conferences especially when your unable to make it to the office. The Doctor was very kind, enthusiastic, and encouraging. Answered all my questions, without rushing. Very satisfied with this service and the happy demeanor of the provider .

My first appointment here was a very good experience. I was taken on time and the nurse did my vitals and took my information quickly, the physicians assistant came in directly after and listened to my concerns and had appropriate tests ordered. They brought all of my paperwork and did the checkout process right in the room. Everything was very efficient and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My telemed visit was great. If I don't have to be physically examined, this is perfect. I was able to voice my concerns and get advice without making a trip to the office. Unfortunately, I understand that Medicare will no longer cover this.

Dr. Parker did my EDG and everything went well with the procedure in November 2025. I had a follow up appointment this week and we discussed my diet and medication. I like Dr. Patel and will continue to see her and her P.A. Great practice.
