If I could give it zero stars I would. I called the entire morning and no answer. Finally someone picked up at 3pm. She told me to call back in 20 minutes to make appointment. After calling several times after 320pm and no one picked up the phone, I took my daughter there for her ear pain. After waiting over an hour we get call in. Doctor was nice but eventhough I specifically said CVS pharmacy and repeated the address, no medication was sent until I showed up physically at the pediatric office. After calling CVS 3 times and them reassuring me that no prescription was sent after me calling the pediatric office several times telling them nothing was sent, I decided to go in person. Needless to say, I didn't leave the office until the prescription was sent to CVS. I am going to look for anot

This is the worst place to take your children, please do your self a favor and don’t waste your time visiting this place. This time the doctor was nice taking care of my child, but the referral from the doctor, never was sent to the specialist, I had to go back and forth from the specialist to them; the people who works there are so rude and helpless. To bad i can’t give zero stars, they’re so rude. I needed a referral for dermatology, the doctor denied arguing that he’ll give the same medication as the dermatologist.

The staff is very terrible I give 0 stars bad service I wait for 1:30 to get call they didn’t have no patient and it took 2 hours sitting down waiting for the doctor
