Urology Center of Palm Beach

Very poor time management. Every time we come to this office we wait at least an hour past our appointment time!! If we were late we would be charged or have our appointment canceled. I understand things happen sometimes but this is an EVERY SINGLE TIME occurrence.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest. The office staff was great but the DR. - DIEGO RUBINOWICZ was the rudest Dr I have ever spoke with. It was only the second time I ever saw him (the first time he had a mask on buy was very dry with no expressions on his face and no conversation other that questions he was asking as I was answering his last one). The second visit was for a follow up - WOW, I HAVE NEVER HAD A DR NOT LOOK AT ME ONE TIME, BUT STARE IN HIS COMPUTER WHILE ASKING ME QUESTIONS. THEN RAISED HIS VOICE WITH ME TO TELL ME I WAS LYING TO HIM AND NEED TO BE TRUTHFUL BECAUSE THE NUMBERS DON'T LIE. I FINALLY HAD ENOUGH AND GOT UP FROM THE CHAIR AND WALKED OUT OF THE EXAM ROOM. THIS DR SHOULD NOT BE IN A ROOM ALONE WITH ANYONE EVER AGAIN, IT COULD HAVE GONE A LOT DIFFERENT

Molly is very unprofessional. Wish I could give zero stars. You can't even get a catheter change there. Guess there isn't enough money in it. The hell with patient care. Don't waste your time. Go anywhere else!

The most rude and uncompassionate staff I have ever experienced. If I could rate this 0 Stars I would. The office doesn't return calls, the doctor rushes you through and becomes defensive when you ask about pain or symptoms you are experiencing. I was told the results on my CT scan were a LIE and that Imaging Center didn't know what they were talking about. Anywhere but here!

Dr. Rubinowicz and his entire staff were very kind, caring and responsive. In a time of great uncertainty and fear, it was comforting to work with such a knowledge and competent doctor and team. I will definitely refer him to my own patients in the future!
