Doctor entered my exam room calling me by the wrong name; I'm not Mr. Rossi. He had another patient's chart. Appointment was for 10:00am, I arrived at 9:45, but they didn't take me back until 10:35. When the doctor finally saw me (after having performed 2 surgical procedures on me last month) he spent about 1 minute with me, little more time than it took for him to hand me a pamphlet. When I went to the counter to checkout and told the receptionist I needed to checkout, she just said, "No. That's him," indicating someone else at the same desk. Unprofessional, discourteous from start to finish. If I ever need a urologist again it will not be this practice.

Non-responsive to voice mails. 80% of the time calls go to voice mail. 10% the lines are busy. Contact info for Dr Feng on google is for an office he left 2 years ago. Terrible communication. Would not recommend. Doctor seemed fine when I did the initial consult. Office is the problem.

Dr. Jonathan White is one of the friendliest, nicest doctors we have met...and we have met many doctors! He was not only thoroughly professional, but extremely pleasant and friendly. We will definitely continue to go to him.

Dr. White is the kind of physician that everyone looks for. He is knowledgeable, listens to the patient, explains the nuances of a procedure, and has an upbeat attitude. I would definitely go back to him.

Dr Goldmark is very thorough and knowledgeable in her diagnosis and treatment of my concerns. I appreciate her help and can recommend her without reservation. Dr Goldmark has improved my quality of life and I am thankful for her help. Duane
