Very rude staff at the scheduling office, I have tried SIX times to set up an appointment after a referral from the St. Joseph's immediate care center in Rincon. First time I returned a call to my cell phone with no message left only to be hung up on twice. Second time I left a message to return my phone call only to never be called back. Third time, I called to schedule the appointment, a VERY RUDE LADY answered the phone only to be disrespectful, demeaning, and very demanding on what she expected on her responses to questions then be hung up again due to her claiming there is no referral paperwork even though my doctors office said that claim was false. Fourth, fifth, and sixth times calling, they no longer answer the phone and directly transfer the calls to their voicemail box in which

Have had experience with employee Ozzie King and Traquia Mobley which was very helpful and courteous and kind it is sometimes hard to get good help from certain facilities thanks again ladies extremely grateful.

The guy named Joey was very nice and very professional he knew his job very well thank you all 👍
