Have a great experience. They took good care of my son and his broken arm and stayed a little bit late after the closure on Saturday. I do appreciate it. I just hope that you would not have charged me again for x-rays that I did at the ER.

Dr. Gluck is a knowledgeable, gentle and kind doctor. We have had Drs. Nickel, Suzuki and latest Dr. Gluck the elder. And I have an appt in a week with Dr. Aziz. My husband and I have been patients of Ventura Orthopedics since 2003 and return because the doctors and team provide the most comprehensive and professional services whether it be back, ankle, knee, wrist or shoulder. They heal what ails us in a kind, meticulous manner. Any injury, we go to Ventura Orthopedics because they are the best.

So lucky to have walk-in service! I have made the mistake of waiting too long to get into see my own doctor for an injury .Everyone there is kind, patient , listens and explains things carefully. Able to get immediate x-rays and diagnosis. Dr. was wonderful!! Went home with a brace and action plan. Thank you !!

Both dr and nurse were such lovely listeners and everyone was so kind and slow-paced. I am extremely picky about care providers and have no patience for ones who don’t really know how to listen well, or have giant egos or are rushing or belittling me… I am thrilled that this urgent care option exists and had a great experience getting help for an extremely painful pinched nerve in my neck.

So awesome to have this service available in our Community. Super impressed with the quality of care. My only challenge has been after my visit, I needed a referral for PT and neglected to obtain during my urgent care visit last night. I realized this, this morning and called the line Ventura Urgent Care line today and after 10 minutes on hold, a text and then call back to the line which they picked right up after my text, turns out the only way to do this is to go back in for another visit. I was stunned. They won't provide a report or anything post your visit. Super disappointing and while it was good to know last night that I didn't have a serious problem with my ankle, to have to go back in for the exercise referral that was discussed during my visit, well... not good!
