I do not recommend using this institution. The reason is that we underwent a medical examination for immigration purposes (Form I-693), and the doctor incorrectly indicated the vaccinations for my second child; she has received vaccinations, but he stated that she hadn't, and our documents were returned. Upon returning to the office, the hospital demanded that we pay for the medical examination again, even though the doctor made the mistake. I will also be contacting the police for advice on what to do and how to resolve this issue.
