Urgent & Walk-In, Primary and Specialty Care Willow Glen – El Camino Health

I came to urgent care because of an abscess on my foot. For 10 days, Dr. Chau and Nurse Parvin changed my dressings with incredible care and sensitivity. Receiving such attentive and compassionate service was truly amazing. In my previous experiences, some doctors’ attitudes felt distant and even harsh, so this level of kindness meant a lot to me. I am deeply grateful to both Dr. Chau and Nurse Parvin for their professionalism, empathy, and dedication. The world keeps turning thanks to good people like them. I have endless respect for everyone who does their job with heart and integrity. Thank you again! 🤩

The office’ atmosphere is very welcoming and very friendly. The Doctor is always professional and thorough with my visits. If I ever have questions she answers them and never leaves me wondering. The assistant, Kalani is amazing also. She does a spectacular job in assisting the Doctor and that makes me as a patient feel comfortable and confident in their abilities.

I was seen at this urgent care a few day ago and last Friday I came in around 555PM being my second time back because my sinus infection was just getting worse and I was seen by Dr.Ankolikar previously. I was checked in by the front desk lady she was kind enough to check me in but should have told me the doctor was not going to see me wasted my time I could’ve checked in somewhere else but anyway there was a man ahead of me he was Caucasian.He was able to be checked in and checked out and was seen by the doctor so quick! I seen him leave when I was being checked in by a caring nurse her name was Monae it was god bless her. Dr.Ankolekar is her name came up to me as nurse was taking my blood pressure and said she would not see me because I was seen a few days ago and there was nothing she

Edit: care was fine and efficient. Still wasted a hour on intake. I’ve never had another medical provider not able to look up my medical insurance via SSN. But the intake form wants me to write down my SSN.

The young man, an oriental doctor was very cordial and skillful, he reassured me that I could tackle the 18 days trekking in Switzerland. I followed his instruction to take care of my wound.. I was able to completed the trip without further infection . Now I am under the advanced wound care trying to heal the veinous ulcer . I am very thankful for the card at the El Commino heath care urgent center at the Lincoln Ave location ( Campbell location) I had been there for two different incidents . The service were fast and effectively ( the other time was having my partial chopped left index finger sawed up by an Indian lady doctor. She was great also!)
