Truly the best experience I could hope for! Mary Bennett was absolutely wonderful! Such a sweet and professional doctor. This was my first time at this office and I highly recommend! She was very kind, listened to needs, and addressed it quickly and with care. I can't thank her enough. The receptionist was also kind, as well as the nurses. Thank you for providing excellent service!

I always wondered why the waiting room is usually empty. My 7 month old has a positive Covid test. Lesly refused to prescribe anything, stating he already had Albuterol (it was from a different sickness a month ago.) Also, she said no to saline. I had to call to ask her again to call in Albuterol for his nebulizer and saline. She reluctantly called it in but said I could pick up saline in the pharmacy. Why when his insurance will pay for it since it’s for his nebulizer. Here I am at 2:00am with a baby struggling to breath doing Albuterol and needing the saline. Not the $50 worth I bought to suction his nose, which isn’t working. No compassion for a sick baby. I spoke with Director of Operations, Rob Poole. Super helpful when I couldn’t get into my PCP, the after hours PA was very informative too. Staff was sweet, and helpful and office has been super clean each visit. I’m happy I have found an emergency office when in need.

Have insurance and watched them turn me and 2 others away with insurance saying they're not found. Wanted to charge us 150 I'm good. Lady upfront isn't friendly looks to hate life and her job.

The service that I received at UTWUC was amazing. The staff are the greatest. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back to this location if I ever need medical assistance that isn't an emergency.. Thank you very much to all the staff at
