I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I originally came in for routine blood work and was charged $225. Somehow, the clinic lost my blood samples. Not only that, but six vials were drawn when I later found out only two were actually necessary. I was told to come back for another blood draw and was clearly reassured that I would NOT be billed again since the mistake was on their end. I confirmed this more than once before returning. Now I see a $300 charge on my card for that second visit. When I called, I was told “that’s not us, that’s the billing department.” But the visit had to be entered into the system as a regular appointment in order for billing to process it. Dominique the NP I saw on my follow-up visit was amazing! I walked in feeling horrible as the first NP did not properly treat my symptoms. I had to go back cause I was in so much pain and in tears. Dominique was able to address my symptoms immediately. I walked in in pain and walked out pain free. She listened and explained everything to me. I would definitely see her again. Dominique was great! She knows her stuff!

I went in on New Years Day evening and was treated with suck professionalism and courtesy from check in to discharged. My provider was extremely attentive and so understanding. She was talkative and knowledgeable and straight to the point. I will definitely go here again and recommend to anyone. Thank you for the outstanding care.

The doctor was so awesome. I didn't feel like everything was rushed. She took her time to talk with me and understand my symptoms so she could give me what was best for me. I would definitely go back and would recommend to others

Loved them till tonight!! Who we saw was rude and condescending. My son has RSV and was seen and diagnosed by the sweetest NP yesterday. Well today I took him back because he was worse. The NP today acted like I was inconveniencing her. Made feel less than as a mom. Asked me a question and I turned around to get him a Kleenex and she had stuck the stethoscope to his back but I didn’t see and I proceeded to answer her and she yelled hush I’m trying to hear. She has a very rude bedside manner and I wouldn’t recommend her to see anyone. I want the Baptist hospital to grow in our area but with this NP I don’t see it happening.
